Abstract	In the article the theoretical and normatively-legal analysis of functions is examined offices of public prosecutor, that was exposed to the cardinal changes, in particular on a functional constituent, as a result of reformation law-enforcement and right protective systems of Ukraine. On the basis of analysis of the different scientific going near the decision of concept of functions of office of public prosecutor drawn conclusion and the mandatory members of this concept are distinguished.
